Overview
We accept refund or return requests within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers should contact us at info@sikanderayurvediccenter.com with their order number and photos of the issue to initiate a return request.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
